A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Parallel Learning Trust (08605705) of Suite 1, Baker House, Horsley Road, Bromley BR1 3LB, whose nature of business is primary education and general secondary education, presented on Thursday 19 September 2019, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, of Millstream Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 06 November 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
