At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX on 31 August 2022 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Thompson (IP No. 26370) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 40a Station Road, Upminster, Essex, RM14 2TR be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
