A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF presented by HARREVA GROUP LIMITED (In Liquidation) whose registered office address is situate at Bespoke Insolvency Solutions, Suite 6, 1-7 Taylor Street, Bury, BL9 6DT claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 2 June 2020 and will be heard in the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday, 15 July 2020 at 10.30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 14 July 2020.
