A petition to wind up the above named company Paradise Properties (Leeds) Limited (Co Ref No 05425585) of 50 Hudson Road, LEEDS, LS9 7DX and presented on 22 November 2016 by Leeds City Council, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds on 14 February 2017 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 4.00 pm on 13 February 2017.
