Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above named LLP will be held at Chamberlain & Co, Resolution House, 12 Mill Hill, Leeds, LS1 5DQ on 5 January 2022 at 2.00 pm, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up of the LLP has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of receiving any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and of approving of the release of the liquidator and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the LLP shall be disposed of.

Proxies must be duly completed and lodged at Chamberlain & Co, Resolution House, 12 Mill Hill, Leeds, LS1 5DQ not later than 12 noon on 4 January 2022, the business day prior to the meeting.
