“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Liam Alexander Short,(IP No. 14570) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, First Floor, 1 East Poultry Avenue, London EC1A 9PT and Graham Stuart Wolloff,(IP No. 8879) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, First Floor, 1 East Poultry Avenue, London EC1A 9PT be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
