"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Mustafa Abdulali (IP No. 07837) and Neil Dingley (IP No. 09210) both of Moore, First Floor Suite 4 Alexander House, Waters Edge Business Park, Campbell Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 4DB be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
