NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the deemed consent procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on the appointment of Ashok Bhardwaj as Liquidator of the Company.

Decision date: 21 June 2019. A decision is to be treated as made at 23:59 on the decision date.

The Convenor of the decision procedure is: Paola Di Lanzo.

In order to object to the proposed decision, creditors must send notice to the convenor at Redmans Insolvency Services c/o Maple House, 382 Kenton Road, Kenton, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 9DP, stating that they object, not later than the decision date, together with a proof of debt in respect of their claim otherwise, the objection will be disregarded.

Unless 10% of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision, then it will be automatically approved on 21 June 2019, the Decision Date.

Ashok Bhardwaj of Redmans Insolvency Services, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the Decision Date, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.
