Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 March 2019 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Richard James Frost and Victor Ellaby both of Hazelwoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly and separately."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the following resolution was passed: Richard Lewis (IP No. 14690) of Smith & Williamson LLP, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol, BS1 6NA and Peter Frost (IP No. 8935) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly and separately."
