At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 5th Floor Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY at 10.45am on 8 April 2020 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Cusack (IP No. 17490) and David Perkins (IP No. 18310) of Parker Andrews, 5th Floor Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY be hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At a subsequent creditors meeting held on 8 April 2020, Lucinda Clare Coleman and Stephen James Hobson of Francis Clark LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors, and Nicholas Cusack and David Perkins were given their release
