NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 20 December 2021 at 10.30am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access sign in details for the virtual meeting by: contacting Harpreet Basi on 0113 258 5290 for the relevant information.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Live Recoveries, Wentworth House, 122 New Road Side, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 4QB by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.

At the meeting, creditors will consider the approval of the pre appointment remuneration.

The convener of the meeting is Board of Directors.
