At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA on 20 December 2019 at 3.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Yiannis Koumettou (IP No 015676) and Ninos Koumettou (IP No 002240) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
