"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Brittain (IP No. 009000) of Azets Holdings Limited, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY and Stephen Paul Grant (IP No. 008929) of Azets Holdings Limited, 2nd Floor, Regis House, 45 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
