Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that Steven Illes, the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intends declaring a first and final dividend to non-preferential unsecured creditors within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not yet done so must, on or before 4 January 2022, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Antony Batty & Company LLP, 33 George Street, Croydon, CR0 1LB and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.
