Notice is hereby given that on 24 September 2021 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Anna Jane Atwal, the director of Pad Lifestyle Ltd, craving the Court inter alia that Pad Lifestyle Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC485614) and with its registered office at 24a Ainslie Place, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 6AJ be wound up by the Court and that Chad Griffin and Stuart Robb both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD or such other person as the Court may see fit, to be Joint Interim Liquidators of Pad Lifestyle Ltd; in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 27 September 2021, ordained the said Pad Lifestyle Ltd, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Edinburgh, by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and in the meantime, appointed the said Chad Griffin and Stuart Robb both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of Pad Lifestyle Ltd; Authorises them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, for a limited period of 3 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator, whichever shall first occur; all of which notice is hereby given.
