Notice is hereby given that the Liquidators of the Company, Mark Roach and Graham Randall of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol BS1 2BD under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that it is their intention to declare a first dividend to both preferential and non-preferential creditors of the Company within two months of the last date for proving claims.

Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 30 June 2020 by sending full details of their claims to the Joint Liquidators at the address shown above. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators deem necessary.

The intended distribution is a first distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 30 June 2020. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
