A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at UNIT 16 BLUEGATE HALL, GREAT BARDFIELD, BRAINTREE,ESSEX, CM7 4PZ presented by L.A.C. CONVEYORS LIMITED whose registered office is situate at Unit 3  Charles Park, Cinderhill Road, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG6 8RE claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 16 February 2018 and will be heard at Colchester County Court, Falkland House, 25 Southway, Colchester, CO3 3EG on Thursday 5 April 2018 at 14:00 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 16:00 hours on Wednesday  4 April 2018.
