Notice is hereby given by Written Resolutions of the Members of the company on 23 March 2016, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution:

“That pursuant to section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that pursuant to sections 84(1) and 91 of the Insolvency Act 1986 Gordon Malcolm MacLure,(IP No. 8201) of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets.”
