“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 2LJ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
