I, John Hansen (IP No. 6888) of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP being the duly appointed Liquidator of the above named company on 11 August 2011 give notice of my intention to pay, within 2 months from 19 March 2019 ("the last date for proving"), a first and final dividend to the creditors in this case. All creditors should submit their proofs of debt and documentation in support of their claim to me at KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP if they have not already done so. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they are not participating, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved. Notice is also given that the last date for proving is 19 March 2019.
