Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 25 January 2018, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) and Frank Wessely (IP No. 007788) both of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
