Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 May 2019, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Latos (IP No. 9399) and Thomas D’Arcy (IP No. 18052) both of White Maund, 44-46 Old Steine, Brighton, BN1 1NH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
