Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Hawdon Bell & Co, The Old Post Office, 63 Saville Street, North Shields, Tyne & Wear NE30 1AY on 24 January 2017 at 11.00 am for the purposes provided for in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. The resolutions at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about or be asked to approve the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting. In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Hawdon Bell & Co, The Old Post Office, 63 Saville Street, North Shields, Tyne & Wear NE30 1AY, not later than 12 noon on 23 January 2017. A list of the names and addresses of creditors will be available for inspection by creditors at the offices of Hawdon Bell & Co, The Old Post Office, 63 Saville Street, North Shields, Tyne & Wear NE30 1AY, on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting during normal business hours free of charge.
