“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Plant (IP No. 9207) of SFP Restructuring Ltd, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be and he is hereby, appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding up.”
