“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Phil Deyes and Sean Williams, both of Leonard Curtis, 36 Park Row, Leeds LS1 5JL, (IP Nos 9089 and 11270) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
