"That the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Ian Defty (IP No. 9245) of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
