At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held virtually via Zoom on 10 December 2020 the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Debi Harvey (IP No. 12150) of Harveys Insolvency & Turnaround Limited ('Harveys'), 2 Old Bath Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 1QL be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the Company.”
