At a General Meeting of the Company, convened, and held by conference call at 14.00hrs on 3 September 2020 the subjoined Special Resolution was passed, viz:

RESOLUTION

THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ryan Kevin Grant and Lee Andrew Causer, Authorised Insolvency Practitioners, both of BDO LLP, Two Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6GA, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.
