At a General meeting of the members of Owlers Property Solutions Limited held on 28 June 2019 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Stanley (IP No. 008123) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
