“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Adam Charles Southard, both of Begbies Traynor, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos. 008368 and 11930) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
