Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 January 2020 as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Colin Ian Vickers (IP No. 8953) and Philip Harris (IP No. 23510) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2, 2nd Floor, Phoenix House, 32 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RT be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Colin Ian Vickers and Philip Harris as Liquidators was not confirmed, and Stephen John Adshead and Gregory Andrew Palfrey (IP Nos. 8574 and 9060) of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
