“That the companies be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 7th Floor, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies to act either jointly or severally.”
