On the 8 February 2016 the Company was placed into Insolvent Liquidation

We, Mr Neil Bartlett and Mrs Jane Bartlett both of 60 Yorkshire Place Warfield Bracknell Berks RG42 3XF were Directors of the Company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into Liquidation.

We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in Section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act by carrying on the business of Outline Design Limited under a new Business or Limited Company using ‘Outline Design’ in it’s title.”
