WE GIVE NOTICE that Malcolm Cohen (IP number: 6825) and Shane Crooks (IP number: 15110) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 16 March 2016 by the Secretary of State.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a final dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 23 November 2018. If creditors have not already delivered a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their claims by post or email to us by no later than 23 November 2018, failing which they will be excluded from the first and final dividend.

Creditors with a claim for a small debt (ÂŁ1,000 or less) will be treated as proved and no proof of debt is required unless the amount is incorrect.

No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
