Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 21 August 2018, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to G S Wolloff of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, appointed on 10 July 2018.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
