"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) and David Birne (IP No. 9034) both of Fisher Partners, Acre House, 11-15 William Road, London, NW1 3ER be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
