A Petition to wind up the above-named company of OTGL Limited (10184763) of 4-6 Swabys Yard, Walkergate, Beverley, East Yorkshire HU17 9BZ, previously of 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6AF, 4-6 Swabys Yard, Walkergate, Beverley HU17 9BZ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 62090, presented on Tuesday 16 November 2021, at 11:06 by ERC SEARCH LIMITED, of Clockhouse, Butt Lane, Manuden, Bishop's Stortford CM23 1BN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 January 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
