"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) of Ensors, Connexions, 159 Princes Street, Ipswich IP1 1QJ and Mark Upton (IP No. 9594) of Ensors, Victory House, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9ZR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
