At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 10.30am on 28/04/2022 at Westminster House 10 Westminster Road Macclesfield Cheshire SK10 1BX, the following resolutions were passed as a special and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elliot Harry Green (IP No. 9260) of Oliver Elliot Chartered Accountants, Moda Business Centre, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2BW be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
