At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Rockland, Skipton Road, Bradley, Keighley, West Yorkshire BD20 9EF on 28 February 2019 at 11.00 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Philip Edward Pierce (IP No. 9364) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
