Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 June 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon James Bonney (IP No. 9379) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Nicholas Simmonds, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 1st floor, 21 Station Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1AP.
