resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Ninos Koumettou

(IP No 002240) of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill

London N21 3NA and Ian McCulloch (IP No 18532) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP,

340 Deansgate Manchester M3 4LY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company,

and that they act either jointly or separately.”
