A Petition to wind up the above-named company of B J PATCHETT SERVICES LIMITED (08237096) of Firebeacon Farm, Firebeacon Lane, Louth LN11 7BE, 36 High Street, Cleethorpes DN35 8JN (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Demolition, construction and site preparation, presented on Friday 25 May 2018, at 14:30 by MR MICHAEL NEVILLE BULLAS, of The Old Gatehouse, Wilton Road, Grimsby DN36 4AW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 10 July 2018, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
