Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily".

Ordinary Resolution

"That Gordon A.M. Simmonds of Simmonds & Company, Crown House, 217 Higher Hillgate, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 3RB be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company".
