"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth David Wilcox (IP No. 21052) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
