A Petition to wind up the above-named company of ORCHARD CHESHIRE LIMITED (07475875) of Rohans House, 92-96 Wellington Road South, Stockport SK1 3TJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Management of Real estate on a fee or contract basis, presented on 7 August 2019, at 12:05 by BATHURST ENTERPRISE LTD, of 36 Wargrave Avenue, London N15 6UD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the 18th September 2019 @ 10:30am at THE Companies Court Business & Property court of England & Wales, Insolvency & Companies list, at Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
