A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Suite 226, 275 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4EL presented by ASAHI UK LIMITED whose registered office address is situate at One, Forge End, Woking, Surrey, GU21 6DB claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 11 January 2018 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 28 February 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 27 February 2018.
