At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held by a telephone conference call, on 21 February 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allister Manson (IP No. 23290) and Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 21 February 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Allister Manson and Trevor John Binyon as Joint Liquidators.
