SUBJECT TO A COMPANY VOLUNTARY ARRANGEMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Supervisor in this matter intends declaring a first interim dividend to unsecured creditors who are required on or before 30 November 2021, being the last date for proving, to submit their claims to Mehmet Arkin of Arkin & Co, Alpha House, 176A High Street, Barnet, EN5 5SZ, and provide such further details or produce such documentation or other evidence as to support the claim. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the last date for proving is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he had not participated in it, any dividend subsequently declared.

The dividend will be declared within the period of two months from the date of this notice
