NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 29 September 2021 at 11:00AM for the purpose of considering the removal of Andrew Poxon of Leonard Curtis as Joint Liquidator pursuant to s171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and his release as Joint Liquidator in accordance with section 173(2)(ii) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The meeting has been convened at the request of over 25% of the value of creditors, in accordance with Rule 15.18(4) of The Insolvency Rules 2016.
